Weigh the matching ingredients
Use edible weights and match raw or cooked food records. Count cooking oil and sauces. The displayed ingredient weight is not a prediction of the final cooked weight.
Divide the recipe into servings
The whole-recipe total is the sum of the ingredient quantities entered. Each serving is that total divided by your serving count. Change the ingredients or serving count whenever your recipe changes.
Keep missing values visible
A missing nutrient stays unknown in the total and per-serving result. USDA carbohydrate is by difference and includes fiber; packaged labels can use another convention. Declared calories are kept rather than rebuilt from macros.

Ingredient examples use the source records below, not a prescribed meal or a standard Vietnamese dish.

— means at least one ingredient has no value for that nutrient. It does not mean zero.
Match the raw or cooked food you weigh. Ingredient weight is not a cooked yield; added or lost water changes the finished weight. Nutrition per serving divides the entered recipe equally. USDA carbohydrate includes fiber; label conventions can differ.
Add your own nutrition label
Convert a label into the amount you eat, then add it to your comparison. Values stay on this page. Leave an optional field blank if the label does not provide it. Blank is unknown; enter 0 only when the label says zero.
A few useful answers
Does this work for a homemade recipe?
Yes. Enter its individual ingredients and the number of servings. A named dish is not assigned one universal nutrition value; quantities and preparation matter.
Can I enter a product that is not listed?
Use the custom-label form. Enter the label's weight and values, then the amount you use. Leave unavailable nutrients blank; zero means a declared zero.
Why do calories differ from 4 × protein + 4 × carbs + 9 × fat?
Source methods, fiber, polyols and rounding can affect declared energy. The calculator uses the source's calories rather than treating simple macro factors as an exact replacement.

A convenient option for busy days
Yobeve bars provide declared protein in a portable 50 g serving. Compare them with your usual foods and choose what fits your day.
Both bars contain milk, collagen and polyols; Chocolate Caramel also contains peanuts. No added sugar does not mean zero sugar. See each full label for allergens and warnings.
Sources & how it works
Food values are estimates from USDA FoodData Central SR Legacy (April 2018) and Yobeve product labels, checked 19 October 2026. They are reference foods, not measurements of every Vietnamese variety or brand. Check the food state and your own label. Example portions are adjustable, not prescribed.
